sabhi bahut negative batein krte hai po ki job ke barre main, pta nahi aisa kya zulam krte hai bank wale, jaane ke bahd hi pta chalega......overtime nd work load is manageable but wo target achieve krne wali baat muskil lagti hai 😃
wat type of work assigned to idbi po? is there any field job like door to door selling???? plz ans ...if i am not gud for this job i will go for sbi clerk.
bhai ye kaise ho skta he ki UR me hi kam marks (51.8) ke baad bhi kisi ko BOB mil gya but mujhe (53 marks) nhi mila jabki BOB mene Canara se upar preference diya tha ?

I hav talked to many people working in bank of different scale. Not even a single one courage me to join bank and everyone said following points:
*if you joined bank then forget home for your life, you are not gonna get home for whole working life.
*salary will be not so that you will live a luxury life it will be like hand to mouth.
*if u r thinking to study any thing further then forget about that, U have to work up to 9 in the evening.
*in case u you wont like the job then it would be very difficult to get out of the mess.
*if you r asking for leaves then they behave like you have asked for kidney.
* monotonous , bore , frustrated life.
so guys this whole thing have changed my mind little bit and second thoughts are coming in ma mind now.
Please anyone suggest me which book is best for po exam?

BOI or SBI associate,,,????doesn't depend on location,,salary is same,,,but allowance differ..and i don't think sbi associates have pressure like sbi,,,SBI is THE SBI and associates are associates,,,so any suggestions??????????
I have been selected for the post of po in bob in my first attempt.
Many guys may agree or differ with my view,its a democracy and everybody has a right to voice their opinion and be heard.
Regarding reservation, I am unreserved but I think reservation is necessary in our country because of the varied differences in income levels of the people and due to various social problems it is the backward communities which have suffered the most. But at the same time to prevent misuse of this provision, the concept of creamy and non creamy layer should be implemented throughout the spectrum of reservation not only to obcs alone.
Also those people who have already got govt jobs under quota,their quota should be terminated just like lpg cylinders and quotas should be given on the basis of poverty levels.
Regarding work pressure, no job in this country is devoid of pressure, and nobody is going to give money for sitting idle...maybe it happened in the past but in the present context,it is not at all feasible....how can anyone expect to sit idle when the company is paying you so much???

Do anyone have idea about the candidates rejected from the bank side after provisional allotment from IBPS? What could be the reason? Banks like Canara, IOB ando thers have have done it as per my knowledge and specified in their official site. But the reasons are not available.
guys i got in bank of baroda.now i belong to physically challenged category and at the time of exam i thought every physically challenged candidate is given extra time so i took it but later i got to know that extra time is given is given only if writing hand is effected.will i be rejected by the bank?because during the interviews they had said that the banks will handle this matter if you are selected.please tell me will they reject me?

bhailog ek doubt hai. bank me po log baithte kha par hai? maine bank me dekha hai ek cabin hoti hai jisme branch manager baithte hai aur dusre bahut sare single window hote hai jsme clerk baithte hai. to akhir PO log kha baithte hai?
