kya bhai itna mehnat karne ke baad bhi allottment does not guarantee a job offer ka matlab kya hai?I mean i know what that means but i just dont understand why this much procedure for recruitment of a candidate.They need to look at it from the students perspective man come on ibps...

Dear candidates,
IBPS has released the notification regarding the reserve list of PO, Clerk and Specialist Officer- III. It has mentioned in the notification that, provisionally allotted candidates are being intimated individually at the email address and mobile number.
The list of candidates provisionally allotted under this exercise on the basis of marks in descending order shall be displayed in IBPS website on or before 16th April 2015.
