The cases pending in court are related to PO 3 reserved list and not based on PO 4. There is no stay to publish result for PO 4. Irrespective of the decision in the pending cases, PO 4 results and further stages will proceed smoothly. However, if IBPS and Banks have did a grave mistake of clubbing PO3 waiting list vacancies with PO4 which mostly wouldn't happen, then there is a point to worry.
