Jat Reservation & related issue, potential for change in IBPS cut off, a clarification for my friends from UR and other categories.
Dear Friends, ia sure all of us are worried about the possibility of cut off changes if JAT reservation is nulled and those candidates are pooled back in UR list. But there is no need to worry where these for UR candidates if one attempts to understand where these JAT candidates will be adjusted if in case IBPS wishes to accomodate them. These JAT cadidates are already in reserved list that means they are in the trailing end of marks below UR cut off. There addition back to UR pool willnot change the cut of ass they will constitute trailing part of UR list. Those JAT cadidates who had competing marks are already in UR list and are not in OBC list. and remember if a good JAT student scores well in interview in OBC list as per previous reservation, they wer ought alredy to come in UR list. Lists are always reformed after interview and candidates move across lists from reserved to UR is they have good marks. The only comfort that JAT reservation will have will be on OBC list which will go down and new OBC students can be included in list who could not make due to the list due to occupancy by JAT reservation.
In sum. JAT reservation issue and nullification of reservation will not pool them back to UR list, if pooled also they will be in the trail end of UR list as per there marks.
Actually it would be sad if IBPS applies this rule as JAT students will loose inclusion in OBC list as well as they will not be in UR list.
