All these Days ppl have been telling 42.2 cutoff for UR and cutoff marks ppl have to score 17.8 in interview.
Now BMB had recruited from the reserve list candidates i.e. between 41.6 to 42.2.So does this not mean the final cut off was not 42.2 and it was in between 41.6-42.2.

IBPS PO Cutoff Prediction on some facts which came in my mind
Suppose if we follow last year trends cutoff could be 50.6...As last year candidates were called in ratio 1:3..So this 50.6 is possible only if vacancies are 16000 i.e 1:3
Now going by last year trends..at every 1 marks almost 1800-2000 candidates might be there.
So going by this if suppose 18000 vacancies then cutoff 49.6
If 20000 then cutoff 48.6
if 22000 then cutoff 47.6
Now some reputed banking sites are saying vacancies to be near about 23k
So by trends cutoff could be near about 47....

Hii, Puys....As the final day is up on the cards, I would like to have your views on my interview experience which has confused me till now.....
Back ground :- I have 3 years of Experience in Reputed Private sector bank and i quit my job for UPSC, after the mains,I was not sure of my selection so i gave a serious thought to Bank PO.I have also forgone one offer from RRB as Scale 2 officer, which is the only result i have got till now in the hope of PO.My marks are 92 which seems decent.
Problem :- In my interview, when i entered the room after some formal chat they directly quizzed me incessantly on why I am leaving private sector for Govt bank.As i tried to put stability and security thing, they cut me and said that u are insecure of private sector and don t want to work hard and want to spend time sitting idly under a ceiling fan, i somehow counter that but again they started listing all the drawbacks of PSU banks like political pressure,middlemen,poor workspace and about miserable plight of remote branches.I could sense the more i want to justify the more they listed unattractive things which were true though i pretended to be not afraid of them.So I can conclude that they were doing it knowingly and after 20 minutes ,they declared the interview over.
What you say..does such interviews fetch good marks ??
