10th day gone too,,,,
the most frustrating and depressing days of your life has started (if

not invited for weekend cricket matches.. Every Aunt you meet asks 'When
are you getting married' while uncle asks 'What have you thought of
your career'.
When the reality is that you are just riding the wave
and going with the flow. You have all the confidence in the world but
little achievements to show, You already have the first hand experience
of the life, You know that whatever you have been taught about the world
in schools has been sheer waste of time. You can be denied a job even
after passing the test and you could be given a job if you know someone
placed high enough.. Politics till now was a dirty word but now you feel
it everywhere.. You know now love is not that blind and that friendship
has its terms and conditions. You know there is nothing for granted and
free lunches are not free. Your overconfidence is now making way for a
humble conscience. You now know it is not exactly what we thought it
would be.

Cut off previous year 24.4 +8(min interview marks) =32.4 (min) +10 =42.4
So for this year 32.8+ 8(min interview marks) = 40.8(min) + 10 =50.8 is the final cut off
But May be I am wrong,Its just a prediction nothing personal.....

i don't want to know any cut off or any prediction or number of seats,i am scared of the screen that display "sorry ,stating that we are not selected,i think of that moment and think how and what will i react,what i will be,do i am gonna sit and just see it,or it will be of seconds and gone,clueless....all the best guys

Last yr low cutoff more guys qualified. Thats why less chances for borderline candidates and they are making strikes. Dut to this, this yr high cutoff, less candidates and all have equal or fair chance..... I think this may be strategy of IBPS.....
23186 vacncies r how much authentic? Has anyone crosschecked it??
