Deductions 10 % for NPS (new pension scheme)  3132/- 

and 100/- for each union u have joined 

and TDS (depends upon HR , ranges 130/- to 1300/-)

Hence  in hand salary approx 27500/-

Perks (differ from Bank to Bank)

Monthly perks :      Mobile Bill , Newspaper bill , Conveyance (Petrol ), Lease rent (if applicable) 

Quarterly perks : Cleaning expenses, Closing allowance 

Yearly perks : Medical Aid , Entertainment expenses (Either u can have it monthly or whole amount at once)

Periodical (After 2 or 3 or 5 etc years) LCD allowance , Mobile handset allowance , Briefcase allowance , LFC, 

And many more allowances I m still not aware of it....Like yesterday I came to know there is a cleaning allowance also ....  So when u reach ur branch stay in touch with seniors and older colleagues .....

agr po hua toh very good....aur agar na hoke clerk(10 to 5 job...oh dont frget the 1 hr lunch brk ) hua den it is a lot better .....u can prepare for SSC(100 times cooler than ibps po).....

So,,,just chilll.....me too have only 85(but wid agreat inerview...nearly 20-25 mins long )......in the end fate always wins....meanwhile hope for ireland to defeat more lazy teams
