After reading all the posts here specially SUNNY BABA'S , i think that the IBPS will declare the results in feb. Reason being that this time the xm will be in two phases ie pre and mains. ANd obviously,it involves double preperation. Plus they are bound to complete the whole recrutment process in less than one year or max 1 year(not like ssc who takes 2-3 years).
So i think, that ibps will declare the final result in feb (jisse ki unki jaan choote aur banks par chhorde) and start preparing for IBPS PO 5.
Regarding joining dates, it cannot be before 31st march bc there are people with valid IBPS 3 score cards valid till 31st march. so the joining will be after 31st march. But IBPS will not face any legal action if they declare result in feb bc the result will be valid after 31st march.So no issues with that.
Once I watched Comedy Nights with Kapil with Ajay Jadeja as their guest. In that episode, Ajay said he has many a friends from Pakistan, and they all love him when he goes there, and there he had spent many a beautiful and memorable moments. People must learn that what happens on the ground is just good cricket for entertainment. There's no enmity attached to players of any team. After the game, we all share things together.
