A two days retreat 'Gyan Sangam' for 'Banking Reform' has been began today at Pune.
Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan, top officials of the Finance Ministry and heads of PSBs has attended the meeting.
Tomorrow PM Narendra Modi will also join the meet. A lots of steps would be taken like NPA, Financial inclusion, merges, license policy etc.
Hope many big steps would be taken for welfare of banks also about employment. Hoping the no of vacancy to be increased.

Hi Puys, I have a doubt my IBPS PO 4 Interview location is BOI Training Center Noida. The Interview location is provided as per the cutoff and choices made by candidate or its nothing like that? My BOI Choice was 13th in the list while filling the form.
Apart from this one more question is I have read at most of the blog to read about the bank which we have filled as first choice. Since I got BOI as Interview location so data about BOI is also needed?

Last year written cutoff was 61 normalised to 24.4 and final cutoff 42.2 for general .that required almost 18 in interview for final selection which is very high simply rules people near cutoffs outof equation so maybe that is why less no. Of selection this year to make it competitive for everyone.
This year cutoff is 82 normalised to 32.8 even going by last years standards cuoff will become aroung 50 (32+18)but due to less no. Of selections (48k) cutoff will become lower less than 50 maybe around 47-49. It is my analysis comments are welcome.
Also cutoff is 82(32.8) +20 in interview=52.8 so it impossible for final cutoff to go beyond that
. I think 50.8 a rarity to be cutoff probably lower around 48 because of less no. Of selections for interview making cutoff for interview higher.also the no. Of vacancies r not known but vacancies being 21k or 17k would hardly make a differance of 1-1.5 in final cutoff (going by last years trends
