Does the interview panel check the OBC certificate word by word? I have an OBC certificate that has all the details but does not have the following at the end.
"and 14.10.2008 and subsequently modified vide Department of Personnel & Training OM No. 36033/1/2013 Estt.(Res.) dated 27.05.2013."
Will getting a new OBC certificate help?
