This week's Outlook column in The Wall Street Journal stacks up the Indian and Chinese economies and finds that their recent trajectories haven't been as different as you might think.
In both countries, rapid growth was catalyzed by opening up to the outside world. But China starting doing this in 1978, and India only in 1991. Once you account for that 13-year head start, the two countries' economic transformations have followed uncannily similar paths.
That can't be said for their transformations in other respects, however. On certain indicators of health, education and longevity, you'd have to factor in a Chinese head start of several decades for the two countries' paths to look similar

When all of us at the center were ready to take the test, all of sudden power failure occured and unfortunately there was no power backup facility available at the center, so no one at the center was able to give the test.
What shall we do now?
And who is responsible for this? The college for not having power back up or the ibps for now verifying such essential facility at the venue of exam.
