Mitron, I want to share something with candidates who will appear for the upcoming bank examinations.
1)Avg interview will fetch you 60+ marks.
Confidence, Smile, Humbleness, Listening to the panelist, proper etiquettes these things matter most.
2)Knowledge is also tested but they know your limitations. Don't get nervous if you can't answers 2-3 question because very rarely you can answer all the questions in interview. They will not deduct marks if you cannot answer all questions but the key is to stay positive in that situation and do not show signs of nervousness.
3)Prepare the Banking Awareness section well because that will boost your confidence, they may or may not ask banking questions still if you are prepared you will feel good. In case they test your banking knowledge you should manage to answer some questions if not all.
4)Read newspaper regularly because half of you problems are solved when you are aware about important state events, national events and international events.
The importance of being updated in government job interview is immense.
These are my views, I am sharing this so that people who will be appearing for IBPS PO this year will understand the importance of interview. Even if you are not confident about your mains marks still you can clear the final cutoff if you prepare well for the interview.
One of my friends scored +6 more that cutoff and he is in the reserve list, missed the final cutoff by 0.2 marks. And I am sure there are many who must have done wonders even after scoring less in the mains.

I know kafi late post kr rha hun result aaye hue kafi din ho gye lekin ek baat thi jo khni thi, ho sakta hai kuch log sehmat ho kuch na but 3 saal ke competitive exam ki struggle mein aaj kal ek baat mehsus hoti hai, ki jab naukri nhi thi tb kisi exam ka pre nikalna bhi bhut mushkil kaam tha lekin jb naukri hath mein hai to sala po bhi bin padhe nikal jata hai. Don't think ki mein apni bhadai kr rha hun bus ye kh rha hun naukri na hone ka psychological pressure alag hota hai aur bande ki performance mein par kafi effect krta hai.
