I have a question guys. How are the marks given in interview? 1) The whole panel discusses performance of the candidate and the chairman gives marks out of 100 2) Each panel member gives marks out of 20 marks allotted to each of them. Please if anyone knows confidently then your help will be appreciated. Thanks
why some candidates are crying that, they had their interview in this or that city, and now they will not get good marks and will end up failing. is it reality or they are just cry babies? Does it mean that, candidates from a particular region are being discriminated? Or is it just that they are making excuses in advance because they are very well aware of their results?

Mains me hi aapka knowledge check ho jaata aur interview me aapka answer ni aapka attitude poise confidence hi bas matter krta hai waale chhuutiyapa me mat fansiye pyaare bachho....aap india ka president prithviraj chauhan boliyega to aap bhale alia bhatt jaise sundar, confident, and cleavage wale ho par saamne karan johar ni balki banking aspirants ko assess karne wala johari betha hai aur wo irritate hoke fail kr denge...ya 40 denge.. also agar basic banking like monetary tools, rbi functions, npa wagera ni bataa paaye ho to bi 40 pe hi latka dete hain.
