For OBC candidates, how much marks do you need in interview out of 20 for selection?? Considering cutoff: 40.30 (68.38/225*80 + 16)

Don't expect general cutoff below 44.40 and obc cutoff below 40.30. Aisa maine is liye bola because har saal vacancies increase hoti but ye formula aj tak change nhi hua , gen cutoff+18, obc cutoff+16, even 2016 me 1000 seats increased hui and formula yahi tha tab bhi, even general ka thoda jada hi chala gya tha. To be on safer side consider these cutoffs. Always ready to face worst situations. Ye fact h mitro. I know kuch logo ko ye prediction pasand nhi aya hoga. Sorry for that.
For motivation .
I have seen posts comparing ibps po 2016 cutoff diff bw mains cutoff and final cutoff and claiming cutoff to be 44.5+ well i disagree and tell u why.
1) In 2016 approx 27000 bche qualify kie the for interview and 650 k aaspas vacancies bdi thi tau that was like nothing for 27k.
2) 2016 mai 200 marks ka pap tha tau wha deviation mains k 2.5 marks pe 1 marks ka aata tha yha 2.81 pe 1 marks ka deviation aata hai so they needed around 18.90 marks from cutoff to be in final list.
so take a chill pill cutoff will be 43.5 to 43.7.

Was going thru last year posts, emotional ho gya sabki feelings dekh k. Bhayanak wala cutoff prediction start hota h after 25th march, fir sabki halat kharab rehti h in morning on 1st april, fir sab selected log apne post daal rhe with emotional messages, koi post kr rha apne parents ki feelings k baare me, kisi k mummy khushi se rone lagi, to koi wine shop pahuch gya.Kuch bechare sad ho gye jinka close miss hua and kuch ki zindagi 1 saal k liye reserve list me aa k latak gyi. Fir dheere dheere selected log apne apne bank ka Wh@tsApp group bnane lage and jinka nahi hua wo next year ki preparation me lag gye aur dheere dheere us group me shanti ho gyi, sab log apne life me busy ho gye, group pe sannata cha gaya. Jee lo doston yahi 4 din aur h and upar likhi puri kahani same is group me bhi hone wali h. 😑feeling low. Juda hone ka waqt karib aa gaya h doston. ✌️🙏
Last year..i suppose the cutoff was 81 and I got 82. This year I think I am safe.
Major portion of the people, who are predicting cut-offs here..🙄 are blinded by the RTIs which were misinterpreted by most of the aspirants owing to their desperation of getting a job..🙄🙄
While it's true that some of the banks have indented vacancies to IBPS that too under the tag of CRP PO-VIII, it's completely under the hand of IBPS whether or not they want to add these vacancies to PO-VIII..😒😒.. Now any sane person, with even a little bit of common sense would be able to discern that IBPS will not add this amount (approx 1500) of vacancies to the CRP which is at it's end..🙄🙄..Rather, they would choose to add these to the upcoming CRP so as to take fresh and deserving minds, with a proper competitive process..😑😑
As for Canara's RTI of 400 decrease in vacancies, we know IBPS has done it before, even in this years RRB PO vacancies were reduced..so it's completely possible..👍🙄 that's why, cutoff will be above 47, and rather then contemplating over the possible cutoffs, better relax for these 3-4 days..😒

1st april ko jo result ayega ibps interview selected candidates ka....wo final result hga? i mean uske bd direct job ? ya fir wo reserve list hogi uske bd..selected for job list type kuch ayega ? please clearify my doubt anybody sure about it ?
