Final cut off =mains Cut off+18 ya mains cut off+19 wala math ekdum flawed hai I think..ya fir ye kehna ki jisko bi interview me bulaaya jaata h uska chance hta hai....I guess ye system ekdum duckworth Lewis rule type ka hai kabhi kabhi ek ball me 7 run ka bi target de skta hai......qk basically it all depends on ki interview me avg kitne marks aa rhe uss particular year me...panelist ko to number pata hota bi ni....so agar mains cut off aur final cut off me kch bi relation h to wo ek sanyog hai......plz correct me if m missing something.
