My interview was in hindi (although I wanted it to be english but panel was asking the question in hindi) in the morning batch at noida panel at 12 'o'clock, it went around for 5 minutes, I couldn't give some answers because I failed to recall them at the time, but I didn't get nervous or shown any sign of stress, no fluctuations in voice or anything. How do you think the interview was.
kuch naye bacche interview ka poll 55-60 ke baad suru hi karte hain....fr mujhe lagta h ki maine last year kitna ghatiya perform kiya hounga ki jaha se inka poll start hota hai me to usse bhi 15-20 marks kam laaya tha
interview was very casual.... like conversing.... i talked with them in a cool manner.... answered most questions, I was honest. they even asked about how many peg i drink and in the end they gave shake hand, offered toffee and said to reduce no of pegs to 2-3 and said its not a request but its an order.... an order means they need me ryt? they consider me as their junior? how much mark will i get?
Last year when vaccancies where around 3400 cut off was around for obc is 43.02
This year vaccancies increased to around 5500 which means 50 percent more and mains cut off was less by 7 marks which means 2.5 marks already less as 7/225*80 = 2.5 marks…
Which means minimum cut off will be less than 43 - 2.5 = 40.5 without any vaccancies increase
As vaccancies increased 50 percent more i guess cut off willbe around 38- 40
My score 75.13/225*80 = 26.72
Interview decent enough 60 marks minimum - 12
So i will get minimum 38.72 around final cut off
What do u people say or think will i get job any idea?
In my interview I was nervous and voice was fluctuating but I was confident and gives all the answers, how much the above negative points will affect my interview performance. Any experienced one please tell me
I actually came across a Punjab nd Sind Bank ex- CGM couple of days back nd i asked him about the interview marking scheme that how u allot marks to a particular candidate.
He told me a very intresting thing which ill share with u.
He said that things we look are
Confidence,
how polite he/she is,
how well he knows about his surroundings, his academis and current knowledge.
Well given any situation how he responds
,
Then he said see there r 3 type of candidates
1 one who doesnt know nythng. Well reward him d least marks as aisa banda bank me chal ni payega ( unki thinking)
2) wo person jisko na boht zada pta hai na boht kam. Means average or above average hai.
3) jisko boht kuch pta hai means evry question he answers.
So i asked who will u recruit sir.
Then he said d 2nd one becz hume bank me average bande ki hi zarurat hoti.
Bcz zada hoshiyar hoga toh koi or paper clear krke nikal jayega , ya apne seniors ko jawab dega.
Or jisko kuch ni ata hoga wo bank me kaise kaam krega.
Bcz they have a vast experience behind them so they can judge u in mere 10 minutes. Wht i think. May b u differ
