agar ibps lady aapko "sir/madam" bol ke address kr rhi to samjh jaayiye aapka final result me naam hai...aap unke senior ban chuke hain isliye wo aapko ye ijjat de rahi...badhai ho librandus.
Aaj v nahi aane vala.. av direct 25 March Ko he ayega following the new trend of Ibps..
Marks na reh Gaye bc. ... "just friends" waali friend ho gayi h....

What i have experienced from my 3 Sbi po interview's .. U may differ on that. . 1) people with high attempts + accuracy do have an edge in d final selection. Bt that doesnt mean u r totally sure shot of ur selection. . 2) people with comparitively less number of attempts do have 50-50 chance which mostly depends on their interview marks. . 3) have witnessed in sbi po. That interview marks play a very important role in ur final selection. No doubt thtat ratio in ibps is slightly less bt still it does play an important role. . 4) dont be disheartened till d final result comes. As i have seen people who were sure shot of their selection in sbi po dint find their name in d final list. Even after high number of attempts Nd vice versa. . Bt yes high number of attempts+ accuracy gives u a slight edge over others. Keeping interview aside. .bt then no one can predict interview marks. Its all in d hands of d panel. U can do ur best in d interview . Rest its upto them. So if u see ur ibps po marks. Dont b disheartened till d final result comes. U might have a fair enough chance . Have faith in ur abilities nd ur luck. 😎✌ . Good luck to all nd stay happy.

This is exactly how it goes for every exam.🙄 people who are scoring above 100, 105 marks are all patiently waiting for results😒.. while those with less than 90 marks..who are already out of race..are most excited to see their marks..*Facepalm*😰. And the scene on 1st of April would be exactly opposite to that of today..😐..these people crying for marks would be nowhere to be seen..while all the deserving candidates will come out and post here the bank alloted to them..😐😐..Good Luck wasting your time..👍😑😑

Chal bey ki baato pe gaali kitni bhi aaye par one thing is obvious that below 90 getters in mains will find it extremely difficult to get into meritlist.... Guys who are assuming 60 as average score in ibps are unaware of ibps marking pattern in interview
