Those who are predicting cut off greater than 46 are just making fool of themselves and others. Guys 74.5 was objective + descriptive cutoff. And as we know every guy shortlisted for interview holds the equal chance. So even if you award whole 20 (normalised) Mark's to a candidate who scored exactly 74.5 it won't cross 47 mark. Guys if we see at the last 3 years cutoff, add 17 marks to the mains cutoff and add 12 marks for interview, we can conclude that cutoff will be around 44.5 Irrespective of no.
