Bhai log.. I did English news anchoring in local news channel.. In the interview they told me to do anchoring.. I did.for about 10 min.. I guess.. .. They were like waah waah.. The lady told me... I give 100 out of 100 in ur communication.. Then they talked about my game as I am a national player..then some questions like why bank after engg so and so.. They asked me 3 questions on banking.. Rtgs, ndtl, car... Bass.... All d best bola... Ho...gya.. Jantagunn how much could I expect....

opened pg after some days break and saw a post by @ChaL-bey i dont know what you are trying to convey in one post below...but one thing i got is that you are telling that ibps will not consider 1300 seats for this year becz they think that some candidates beyond certain mark are undeserving... well i think you may be thinking you are correct in your viewpoint. but you are completely wrong in this logic. I will give you just two reasons to make you understand...i will not be abusive for you..i hope you get the logic.

First thing first ibp_s called candidates in the ratio 1:3 based on the number of vacancy it had from different banks at the time of releasing interview letter. Now donโ€™t consider that vacancy is the only reason for calling candidates in 1:3 ratio. They also called three times more candidates because if the vacancies increase they can easily accommodate more candidates and serve the banks with the number of candidate they need. ย There is no such rule as only 1:3 will be called, they call it simply because they know that ย this vacancy wonโ€™t increase suddenly three times but at the same time it can surely increase to some numbers and on 1st April they have ample number of candidates to choose from. So IBP_S will surely add the vacancy this year if banks wants employees. It is not ibp_s who rules the roost but the banks do.


Second thing regarding some candidates being underserving or not mature in this 12k approx. and so ibp_s wonโ€™t like to take them. So here again you are wrong , consider if vacancy was 20k this year for ย PO post, they would have called 60k people for candidates and these 12k people who are selected now would have easily got selected in final merit list as they would have been among top scorers. So at that time would you still say these 12k people are undeserving and only 3k out of this 60 k should be selected as rest of them are underserving. The fact is that all these 12k mains qualified people are fit enough to join the job. ( whether they are good person or bad person or mature or not mature is different parameter altogether). Had they given exams 3-4 years ago all would be working in PSBs in scale 1 or scale 2 officers. Itโ€™s just their bad luck that they are appearing in exam at such a time that vacancy is less. So I hope here you got the concept of what deserving or undeserving means. Number of vacancy decides deserving or not deserving , not his or her interview and mains marks alone.

I have kept Andhra bank and BOB as first and second preferances. These two banks specified vacancies nil. Then I wont not get allotment in these two. Am I right? Why banks with nil vacancies also specified in notification instead they should name only those banks with vacancies?.. Its my doubt..

In PNB vacancy increases ,there is one thing for sure: : many will be getting it even after less marks and many might not even after getting good marks...๐Ÿคฃ

Like i said before...๐Ÿ™„..people with less than 90 marks have meagre chances..๐Ÿ˜’..the most probable Cutoff (i.e. min 47/100) is pointing towards the same scenario..๐Ÿ˜’.. where you need to score above 90 marks necessarily in mains and around average marks in Interview (i.e. around 70 marks)..๐Ÿ˜’.. then only you have fair chances of getting final selection..๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜..i hope everyone will agree with these numbers..๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘
