During IBPS Po interview which was held at lucknow. I had submitted state Govt cast certificate and an affidavit regarding Govt of India Format Caste Certificate to be submit within 10 days.. so I want to know now where we have to submit the new caste certificate ??~ Plz help...

Yaar mere interview last tha apne centre mein. Interview panel khija hua tha tab tak. Mere ghuste saar mujh par chadh gaya ki meine poor-performing bank upar kyu rakhe hain. 😥 Noida mein sardar kisi aur pe bhi khija hua tha kya mere ilava?
Jo log IIT krke ya IIM krke bank exam dete h aur pehli bar me crack krke nanga naach krte hai wo log hamare captain cool dhoni ki trah hai...dhoni bi jab ek over me 5 run chahye hta h to pehle 5 ball me 1 run maarta h wo bi wide se...aur fr last ball pe boundary maar ke ekdum seena bahar krke teeno wicket apne kaankh me daba ke pavilion jaata hai.
Is descriptive marks included in the final merit of ibps po ?
If a candidate from reserved category scores equal to candidate of General category will he/she be considered under General category or will he/she be restricted to their respective categories?? If I hear answer from Reserved category then my confusion will be solved completely. No one should take it as personal plz

My interview lasted around 4 minutes only...after i answered the last question the chairman said "good beta thankyou and all the best" and as I was opening the door to leave the room the chairman asked me"beta kaam to karega na bank me...baithe to nhi rhega"...
To bhai log ye smgh nhi aa rha ki wo tareef kiya ya pyaar se le liya...what do u guys think...please tell honestly
