During document verification they asked me to write an affidavit stating that I'll provide this year's caste certificate later on.( mine was dated last year's) Can anyone please tell me when do I have to submit the new certificate and to which authority?

Mujhe Aisa lag Raha hai ,as if my interview went very good and in just 3 questions I successfully impressed them. M1 asked what do you understand by Brain drain: asked in English and so I answered in English: when intellectual capital of our country goes to some other country and work for them and not for India.(not satisfied ,so I added) someone is earning his degree and knowledge in India but goes to foreign nation and work for them,in this way knowledge or brain of our country is drained. M2: is brain drain good or bad? Me: if you look in short term way then it's good as it will increase foreign reserves but if you look at the broader picture and in long term way then it is bad. Again I give example: like if all the IITians goes to foreign they will send money back home and our foreign reserves will increase but after sometime we will need that country's help for satellites and other critical things which will cost us much more and in many ways so in long run it will be bad. M3: CRISIL? Me: it's Mumbai based credit rating agency and gives rating bto institution and banking and all. M3: what institution , borrowers?? Me: it gives rating to banking and borrowers will decide on that basis ,for example if it gives SBI rating as poor and ICICI rating as very good ,what happens is reputation risk of SBI will be jeopardize (shayad yahi shabd Nikla tha muh se, Bhagwan kare yahi Nikla ho🤣) on the other hand ICICI reputation will become good and the borrower will move to Icici.. Itne tak mein hi unka chehra dekh ke lag Gaya tha ki ladka ache se samjha hua hai Sab kuch.(Aisa Mujhe lag Raha hai because of there expression and the way she said ,you can go Saket). How much you people think ,my score can be? 65 ke liye to main utna suspicious nahi hu just like previous times but again I know ki I need atleast 75. Bhagwan bera paar lagayega. Is the marks secured in descriptive taken into consideration for preparing the final merit list?
For OBC candidates, anything above 80 marks in interview will guaranteed your selection irrespective of your written score.
FOR EXAMPLE : Ibps po 2016 cutoff 52.50. so 52.50/200*80= 21. Plus interview marks 16/20,total 37/100 ,which was cutoff.
In 2017 , 76/225*8= 27.02 +16(interview) = 43.02 (final cutoff for OBC).

The very first questio. The interviewer asked me was how much marks are u expecting in mains? I said 80 Then he asked did u gave xam last year? I said yes...bt i failed in mains... Then dey asked what are u doing since 2017 after graduating? I said jst preparing for bank xams... Den they asked me simple banking n current questions n den said thankyou gentlemen.....sirf ek dri kya hota h nhi pata tha...baaki to shi hi bola...smjh nhi aa rha ki aacha hua interview ya bekar
