In my OBC certificate in the heading it is mentioned as FORM OF CERTIFICATE TO BE PRODUCED BY OBCs APPLYING FOR ADMISSION TO CENTRAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES instead of APPOINTMENT TO POSTS as per the notification, rest of certficate same as format. Is it an issue ?

Guys i am confused how new gen category reservation will have effect on cutoff and how much marks it will increase? For example this year ibps po cutoff is 74. SO if there had been new gen reservation this year only how much would have been the cutoff. 78 max or more than that.?????

Anyone Here from United states of South India ? I learnt that panel there gives 80+ if you perform well? Like it's more lenient than provinces of North India.. Is it so ? Any south Indian who has given interview there?? Bangalore, Hyderabad???

One suggestion to candidates, it may sound patty and insignificant but it is very true and effective. 

While preparing for interview do not mug up any one scpecific definition or description of a banking term/concept, if you mug up a specific answer then what happens is that while answering in interview if you miss or forget a single line or word then you will end up messing the whole answer. 

Rather understand the concept quite well, learn it from various sources and while questiong that to yourself try to answer that in multiple ways, this will not only improve your grasp over the topic but also improve your communication skill.
