Is there anyone who can tell what happens if someone is not able to produce noc by the interview date? Is there a way to circumvent the NOC clause?

I have a question, actually 2. 1. I had taken SANSKRIT in the 10th standard. And I have applied in SBI clerk in Andhr where language allowed are Hindi Urdu telgu. Now my question is, if I am selected, will I have to give LPT in Hindi as I have Sanskrit in 10th. I m from Hindi belt. 2. If yes, then what do they ask in Hindi LPT? As I have not written Hindi for a long time. Pleasee help!

In the registration form i have mentioned passing date as 15-6-2015 but in provisional degree it is 22-6-2015...will that affect my interview.
In my OBC certificate in the heading it is mentioned as FORM OF CERTIFICATE TO BE PRODUCED BY OBCs APPLYING FOR ADMISSION TO CENTRAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES instead of APPOINTMENT TO POSTS as per the notification, rest of certficate same as format. Is it an issue ?
