Guys I called IBPS office and the ma'am said ki the caste certificate should be "latest" i.e. within 1 year. There is no date of issuing given as such... Also, she said ki caste certificate agar 1 year ke ander ho toh zyda acha hai. I presume ki if you do not have that then maybe they'll make some arrangement on the spot (like make you sign an undertaking and ask you to produce it on some later date). Another thing I asked was about income statement. There is no requirement of this. Bring ONLY caste certificate in the format prescribed in the notification.

Interview tips 2: Do not look straight into the eyes of interviewers, they can attack you with Mirchi Powder.
In case you do not know any answer, start coughing untill they ask a new question.
If they ask you about any difference, like difference between Pvt and Public sector bank or Diff b/w Bank and NBFC, then stand up and shout-SAB MILE HUYE HAIN JEE.

I have Original OBC Certificate issued by SDO on 25-JAN-2018...so is it good? Because it falls within 1 year of time interval of IBPS PO Advertisement 2018 as they mentioned it should be within 1 year.
