Those who are telling PNB increase will effect this time..haha calm down ..Some people not selected for mains..If posts increased than ratio increases for mains too..it will be unfair for those who not cleared prelims by small margin..it will be for next year..don't expect don't wish too much..it's for next year..abhi exam hogayi abhi NR aur NIL kuch bhi farak nahi padta..IF THEY GET VACANCY JUST BEFORE PRELIMS RESULTS ARE ONLY CONSIDERED..

Let me clarify the difference between NIL and NR. At the time when IBPS contacts the bank for vacancy ( mostly during month of JULY) banks have to report their vacancy for the next financial year. So if the board meeting is done regarding the vacancy it reports to IBPS within the deadline and if it's not finalized and if it doesn't reply to IBPS, IBPS simply puts it as NR. And if they report that the board members have not yet decided the vacancy IBPS puts it as NIL. Now people will ask how do you know this, my friend who is currently working as po in bank of India has asked his CGM about this yesterday and he told the procedure

A frnd which is PO in PNB 2015 told me that..The PNB vacancies are for FY 2020...And this recruitment is for FY 19.. SO there will not be any increase in the current vacancies...ibps increase or decrease vacancies only if it is reported before preliminary exam...And the result of PO mains will be out on evening of 17th December...I will not entertain any clarification on these post.. File RTI either on PNB Or IBPS

PNB released the vacancies but these will not include with PO this year because,no. of candidates i.e. 1:10 already called for mains and test already conducted ! what you guys think ? however they will include vacancies for clerk in this year as Prelims are not over yet !SHARE UR VIEWS
