Most Expected Cutoff of IBPS PO Mains 2018: Only those people know what was the level of IBPS PO Mains 2018 who all had given SBI PO Mains 2018. IBPS PO paper was way tougher than this year SBI PO paper. First of all, I want to tell you that the analysis I made based on SBI PO Mains 2018 which I had attempted and also cleared, but didn't find the place in merit list though scored 14 more marks than the cutoff, but didn't get good marks in GD/PI in Kolkata. SBI PO cutoff was 93.10/250 for General. Now, if we deduct average 15 marks marks of descriptive(as avg marks in SBI PO was 30 out of 50) so we can say avg marks of descriptive paper will be 15 in IBPS PO. 1. So in the first step cutoff already deducted by 15 marks..here it is 93.10-15=78.10. 2. Second Stage- Vacancy is more than doubled compared to SBI PO. So, here cutoff will go down by at least 9-10 marks. So, here it becomes 78.10-9.5=68.60. 3. Level of difficulty was 1 higher than SBI PO Mains. Especially Quant was 2 level more difficult than SBI PO this time. And also GA carried 1 mark each whereas in SBI it was 1.3 marks per question. In IBPS we have more waitage in Quant compared to SBI. So, here the marks will again go downwards as maximum people could manage only 8-10 questions in Math. So, here cutoff will again go downwards and we can expect 68.60-5(at least)=63.60. So, yes as per my analysis IBPS PO Mains 2018 Cutoff should be between "61-65/225". Remember one thing---a general assumption for cutoff like 80-85 is not going to help us. we have to make proper analysis and then decide. #copied..but i think the best evaluation

People here are absolutely humorous when it comes to Cut-Off predictions.🙄 Neeche kuch log ne Cutoff prediction kar rakha hai. Unka prediction dekh ke me haste haste ro gaya..😑😑

(Remember, 'tough exam', 'tough quant' and 'less attempts' are different things according to these people 👏👏)
