ESIC have slected 6k out off 1 lakh from pre.. n they will select 3k out 6k from mains for 3rd round...they are making pre much more inportant than mains..its not a fair thing..if an Org. is taking 600 to 700 rs per person ,atleast it should give a fair chance to appear in the mains examination(the important one)
This is not only for ESIC . this is for every Orgnization.
