*had chills reading the thread #bankers_mannkibaat*..If a banker is supposed to cross-sell with unreal targets, sit late, work on holidays having no family time whatsoever, promote govt schemes inaddition to doing his actual daily work, he/she is prone to depression taking the extreme step to end his/her life. SBI desperately pushing employees to retain its market dominance is uncalled-for. Govt trying to control RBI for its own benefits could lead to economic slump. IBA persuading to link wage hike(pending by a year) with performance and capacity of the bank should be blatantly rejected. In a country with "11Lakh" bankers this should be addressed immediately by Fin-ministry and Govt. But...Could these voices ever be heard?😟
