Its strange how people are assuming the ratio of selection to be 1:20 just by seeing a handfull of responses here. Its a very small platform guys. Not all who appear in IBPS comment here. The ratio can be 1:20 but then its complteley illogical to assume the same with limited responses.
So its better to focus on mains coz the ultimate selection will be on 1:1 basis.

As I said earlier, people from every shift will be selected equally and that is what normalisation is. It is quite evident from the poll created by someone for counting IN/OUT candidates from different shifts. The selection is not skewed towards any particular shift as was believed by some easy shift candidates particularly the 13th 3rd shift ones. Anyways, Congratulations to all those who cleared the first phase and hard luck to those who couldn't.
