People are being divided on many lines such as religion, caste, region etc. Now we have another one "hard shift" vs "easy shift". And like all other things this is height of human foolishness.

what according to you people should be the reduction in marks from the three easiest shifts, in normalisation:

13th 3rd (A) > 14th 4th (B) > 14th 3rd (C)

(A-10), (B-7), (C-5)
(A-7), (B-5), (C-3)
(A-5), (B-3), (C-2)

Normalisation k wajah se kiska kitna number hike hua hain ... Agar hua hai toh comment karo ... (Clerk ya po koi v exam ka normalisation chalega)

Making fun of me, Abusing me and scolding me won't help..👎😠😠😠...the only thing that will help these easy shift undeserving people now is preparation of IBPS clerk...🙅🙅🙅

You all are talking as if ibps would conduct mains exam of 10 lakh aspirants. According to you 40 marks will normalize as 60 and 70 as 40. It is day dream only. Normalization effect can be 5 marks but marks of easy shifters will not reduce. Hard shifters marks will increase definitely but 4-5 marks only.
