There are some failures in this group who dont want to accept now that their marks will be deducted if they are from easy shift...and Hard shift people will be given marks!!

They rather chose to cry on my post... I am sorry for them... I hope they come to terms with reality and accept that they are just failures..! 

As for the normalisation.. it will happen just like it happens every year:

+ 10 to 12 marks for toughest shifts.. 

+ 5 to 7 marks for medium tough shifts and

- 5 to 6 marks for easiest shifts..
