PS - something new but read only if u got time I used to get interested in any ideology...I'd read it n wud try to follow it...anyway if u look at any ideology or the so-called "-isms" then these are nothing but exaggerations i.e. they extrapolate any one point to such length that it becomes a joke... for more understanding let's take an example - Communism- basically Marx saw that economic structure n economic institutions affect every other aspect of human society..now wat he did was ,that he took economic aspects as the root or base of the society..basically he exaggerated the point. Now think abt a joke...jokes also are the same..they exaggerate...for example - he was so small ,he gave coronavirus a fistbump.(not a height-ist just an example to show jokes are exaggerations) Hence u see all ideologies are jokes. So I try not to get affected by this right n left talks. Tbh communism is good in theory as it believes in the equality of outcome but as we know from history it sucks In practice...but it did point out the limitations of democracy...so until someone gives a new "-cracy" we gotta follow democracy. Anyways the point is do not believe in ideologies...they are nothing but jokes...to achieve ur ends u need situational mechanisms which obviously vary...hence If u want ,follow all the ideologies n do not follow them at the same time...just another shoonya

I joined lic assistant but soon after due to I'll health of my mother I would have to come back and took a month's leave but in march lockdown came into effecr, now I didn't draw any payment and dont have any salary slip, but since I am selected to ibps po I want to quit lic assistant. Would they provide me with an noc certificate? Need this as I need to show experience in my mba application
