For all the disaster for UR which sky rocketed to 44.44. It was not EWS category rather blunder done by BOI. I again and again insisted that UR cutoff should have been 74 but due to mismanagement of BOI and lethargic attitude they gave false scope by selecting UR candidates more than required. Also many OBC Candidates chances are taken away in prelims and mains exam itself by keeping the OBC count at 11.i hope reputed banks don't repeat this lethargic blunder.
