I agree with @Spartagladiators that planning should be sound even if it takes 2-3 days.
Voting is so easy on here. I think we should vote on every aspect. It will bring knowledge and opinions to the fore and also spread awareness.
For eg:
1) We can vote on 7-8 hashtags and thesn select 2 or 3.
2) We should vote how many blue tick accounts to tag.
3) We should vote on who to tag.
4) We should vote on the date and time to begin the campaign.
5) One post should be created just for discussing shadow ban - whether only accounts get banned or do hashtags also get banned. Only people with authentic info should comment on this post. No need to guess and speculate.
6) Another post should be created to solely discuss the banning of user accounts - its pretty clear that that is because of copy pasting same content again and again.
7) One post should be created where every information that has been decided is listed. We can keep adding informaion to that post as we go on deciding things and keep reposting it so that everyone is upto date with what has been decided.

Guys, new to the group, have been reading the posts lately.
Seems like the twitter campaign discussion is too disorganised.
How about making it standard.
Say starting Wednesday 10 a.m. , we tweet every second day.
As in the next tweeting day will be Friday, and then Sunday and so on, till we get the results.
Merciless tweeting and retweeting.
We do this for a week and discuss next Tuesday how it could be done better.
Standard tags/hasthtags.
Won't need to decide on days thereafter.
Will work as a policy and unnecessary communications can be prevented.
Suggestions welcome.
