Some people are using more than one hashtag in their tweets. Why not use 2 hashtags #ibpsresult and #Ibps_Give_Result_Not_Notice both. If that shadow ban thing is true even then we get to trend at least one hashtag.

To get the attention of media. Instead of tagging the media houses tweet with the name of journalists handles. So, it would be seen by them most probably rather than by media houses. Like Rahul Kanwal, Rajdeep sardesai from India Today
