Finally asked an PHP expert friend of mine who is working in IBM, he said doing wp cron means it indicates some task is done, like updating, deleting etc. It needs human intervention so ibps guys working from home, also technical works of ibps are done by TCS so it is TCS employee who are working on result. There is a high chance that result to get published on April 1, however i am not giving any guarantee so don't blame me if it doesn't gets released on April 1. Ask your TCS friends, TCS people are working from home.

WP-Cron will run tasks regardless of how old they are. Tasks will sit in a queue until a page is loaded to trigger them, thus no task will ever be lost. We need a trigger and trigger doesn't need office to be present. Remember we got results on holiday too, RRB Result released on Gandhi jayanti
