Guys I m sharing my interview experience ... actually Mera interview 2 baar liya ..panel head ne yeh bola ki aap preparation krke aaye ho saaf pata chal rha ...25 mins interview chala tha approx ..last mein handshake bhi hua sabse ...ND they asked all questions related to banking ..like pledge,forward contracting ,morotorium ,deceased claim ,locker,etc ..at last unhone ne mere branch manager se video call pe baat Kiya ....kitne marks skte h minimum? Plsssss do reply

Final cut off prediction/ guesses UR 44.xx OBC 42.xx EWS 41.xx Sc st no idea May seem high but this is not impossible 🤓🤓🤓🤓
Though the weightage of interview is 20% I think it will be the deciding factor to be in.. so ppl with lower marks dont need to lose hope And ppl with higher marks dont be overconfident.. Anyway stay positive guys...

Getting towards final score and cut off prediction is easy, first of all what is the marks you have obtained in your mains Marks. Now in current ibps 71.5 is cut off out of 225 so as main marks hold 80% weightage..
The written mains cutoff marks out of 80 would be
(71.5 /225 * 80/100 ) * 100 i.e. 25.42 marks
Now it is considered that the. Person who is having minimum marks should also have a chance of getting selection if he scores 95+ Marks in interview so as interview have 20% weightage if he score 19 or 20 marks he can get selection.
So minimum final cut off is 44.42
Now lets take an example
My ibps score is 100 so in mains marks
(100/225 * 80/100 ) *100 = 35.55 in written
For selection now i need
8.97 out of 20 in interview that is almost 45 marks.

Guys , during interview, The first question to me was what were you doing since 2018. so i had to tell them about my brother passing away . I didn't tell this to create any sort of sympathy but to be honest and true . They didn't ask anything about it nor express any regret . Will this adversely affect ? I was asked many questions related to banking and loans only and some questions were repeated by different panelists. I didn't know a few questions too and said i didnt know them sir . Answered around 70-75% of the questions . Had my interview at iob hq chennai .
