Next meeting of IBA with bank association is scheduled on 16th March where issues related to wage revision, load factor and revised basic salary will be discussed. Most probably new basic sala of PO will be around 36000 and if they merge special allowances with basic then it will cross 40k. Da will be reduced to 21% that will be revised in 3 months.
