My interview was the worst!
As soon as I entered I1 asked me my name.
I stated my full name.
I1: How is Guwahati pronounced? (showing to the word written)
Me: Guwahathi
I2: It's Guahati.
I1: What is the difference between RRB and Commercial banks?
Me: RRB are regional, Commercial are pan India,
I1: there is another key difference.
Me: Sorry I do not know.
I3: What are some priority sectors?
Me: Agriculture, MSME, Housing, Education etc,
I3: What is the percentage of Priority sector?
Me: 40% this fiscal, previously it was 38%
I2 to I3: It was 38 last year?
I3: I donno mam!
I4: Tell me some govt schemes.
Me: Swachh Bharat Mission, Make in India, Start Up India, Beti Bachao Beti Padhav
I2: Those are initiatives, we asked schemes.
Me: I don't recall any/
I4: Atal pension scheme
Me: I added Atal Bhujal Yojana, Deepam Scheme after that.
I4 leaves the panel after that.
I2: Tell me about recent developments regarding Bodoland.
Me: I am not aware of that mam, I know that they are protesting for a seperate state that's it.
I2: They've recently took back their protest and said that they do not need a seperate state,
I2:What is being done regarding Bramahaputra floods.
Me: I do not know mam. I do know that new saraighat and bogbeel bridges are built across it. I do not know what govt is trying to do as bramhaputra just destroys anything in it's path!
I2: Can you compare Hyd to Guwahati.
Me: Hyd is situated in tropical region where climate is always in the extreme whereas guwahati is on bramhaputra banks so year around the temperature is regulated pretty much.
I1: Okay you can leave.

i attempted 75 questions in total. Reasoniong, GK and english were okay/average but in maths i as i was not able to solve most of the questions i panicked and guessed 4,5 questions and marked the ans. Descrpitive was okay but the essay was a little short of given word limit.
I know its a little lengthy, but your thoughts and comments will be highly appreciated.

Entered the room at around 11:30AM.

M1: Please sit.
Me: Thank you sir, took seat.
M1: Please introduce yourself.
Me: Sir my name is (told my name), I did my schooling, +2s from Guwahati, so and so school. Did my enginnering from so and so University in ECE. Currently working in HCL Comnet in Indian Bank project.
M3: So HCL is a good company, why do u want to leave HCL?
Me: Sir I want to make a career in banking etc etc...(scripted answer)
M2: Where do u work in Indian Bank?
Me: ZO Guwahati
M2: What is your work profile?
Me: Sir I work as a Network Engineer and I look after the network connectivity solutions of the branches and offsite ATMs which come under Guwahati Zone.
M3: How many branches are there?
Me: Sir 51 branches
M1: So you give link to them, like BSNL linemen you connect the cable?
**All started laughing saying this**
Me: Not exactly that sir, I look after the routing and switching of the client and I make sure the branch services are working by either the primary or secondary link and I also do the followup with the ISPs if and when required.
M4: So tell me what is a missile?
Me: To be honest, I wasn't at all expecting this question. But I pulled it off somehow, explained them what is a missile and explained the types viz., ballistic, Air to Air etc.
M4: Do u know APJ Abdul Kalam? Why is he famous?
Me: I told a little bit about him. Like why he is called the Missile man of India, his contributions in making the Cryogenic engine.
Hearing the cryogenic engine name, he seemed satisfied.
M4: What is the full name of APJ Abdul Kalam?
Me: Sir I knew his name very well this but cannot recall at this moment. ((I remembered it very well but forgot due to nervousness))
M2: Tell me how many bridges are there over Bhramaputra River?
Me: Took a littel pause and replied: Sir 3.
M2: Sure?
Me: Sir yes.
M2: Who built Kamakhya Temple?
Me: Sorry Sir, I don't know.
M2: Who built Umananda Temple?
Me: Sorry Sir, I don't know.
M2: Do you know what is Umananda?
Me: Yes sir, it is a river island, ofetn times called as the smallest river island.
M5: Who was Jyoti prasad agarwala?
Me: Sir he was a poet and a writer.
M5: What is he called? Like he also had a 'upadhi' or 'title'. What was it?
Me: (Took a pause, tried to remember)Sorry sir, I cannot remember. I had studied about him during my school days but can't remember now.
Me again: Sir, I am a little poor in History part(**I think I shouldn't have said this**)
M3: (*smiling*) what is History? Story of dead men?
Me: (*smiling*) Not really sir, rather story of great men.
M1: Name 3 ports of India?
Me: Kandla port, Vishakapattnam port... (paused)... cannot remember a 3rd one sir..
M1: Why is vishakapattnam port famous? Have you visited vishakapattnam?
Me: Not visited sir, it is famous for its port and ship building.
M2: How many places have you visited in Assam?
Me: Named a few.
M1: Okay, thank you. You may leave.
Me: I wished them thank you and left.
