Guys, need one help regarding sbi clerk DV..From where i should get 2 character certificate in Delhi? I don't know any Gazetted officers here. I mean any Gazetted officer can do attestation by seeing original documents but how will he issue a character certificate to a random guy whom he doesn't know in person.
PSB IDBI was stressed Govt decided to privatise it, pvt bank (Yes bank) is stressed and Govt indirectly trying to nationalize it.

My marks expecting GA 17.5 + Descriptive 15.5=33 , Quant 9 + Reasoning 13=22, English 27-30 So total 82-85. Interview 12-14 Total marks would be 42.15 to 44.2
