Banking can only change if the millennials and gen Y make it to middle Management . Even my dAd, who suggested me to go prep for banking even though i got placed in two companies in college, hates bankers, especially SBI . Worst banking service . The main reason i would say is the old dudes of previous gen and ex-servicemen who are handling customers and yes men to upper management . Banking has become "selling card protection and mutual funds" instead of "accepting deposits and lending loans". I'm not saying this to discourage or demotivate anyone here, just an advice to the next entries into the banking industry to work for a change instead of being the typical YES SIR GUY . How long will these old dudes in upper management set up camps in bank offices, i hope that people recruited after 2010 at least have a sense of service , but the real fact is they don't .
