अक्सर पहली नौकरी लोग सिर्फ नौकरी करने के लिये नहीं करते... ★ पहली नौकरी अहसास दिलाती है कि *पैसा पेड़ पे नही उगता..* ★ पहली नौकरी बताती है कि *पिताजी एक शर्ट कालर फटने तक क्यों चलाते थे..* ★ पहली नौकरी बताती है कि *तुम अब से राजकुमार नहीं हो..* ★ पहली नौकरी *आसपास देखने का नजरिया ही बदल जाती है..* अब तुमको रिक्शेवाले, ढाबे के वेटर, डिलीवरी बॉय नहीं दिखते.. _अब तुमको उनमें अपना घर चलाता एक बाप, अपने माँ बाप के लिए रोटी कमाता एक बालक_ _और ग्रामीण ग्रहस्थी को शहर में लाकर २ रोटी की जद्दोजहत करता आदमी दिखता है.._ तुम कॉलेज के स्वप्न सरीखे कम्फर्ट जोन से.. दुनिया की वास्तविकता से रूबरू हो रहे होते हो.. _२० तारिख के बाद खर्चा न चल पाना.._ *अपने लिए एक जोड़ी नए कपडे न खरीद पाना..* ```ऑफिस में कैब न मिलने पर शेयर्ड ऑटो की भीड़ में बैठे हुए अनुभव की जाने वाली कसक..``` ये सब पहली नौकरी के वक़्त अनुभव करनी पड़ती हैं.. पहले अप्रेजल तक आते आते घुटने टिकने से लगते हैं... पर तुम वारियर हो.. डीसेंट अप्रेजल मैनेज कर ले जाते हो.. कुल जमा 2500 प्रति महीने बढ़ते हैं.. साल भर दिन रात एक कर देने वाली मेहनत के बाद.. तुम सोचते हो कि इतना कॉलेज में मेहनत कर लेते तो कहाँ होते.. *फिर हिसाब लगाने बैठ जाते हो कि इस हिसाब से एक ठीक ठाक जिंदगी बनाने में कितने साल लग जाएंगे..* तुम्हें हल्का सा डर लगने लगता है.. तुम किसी ओल्ड मोंक से भीगे हुए लम्हे में सोचते हो कि कैसे भी जिंदगी एक बार फिर re -set हो जाए.. कैसे भी तुम वापस स्कूल पहुँच जाओ.. और फिर से जिंदगी से एक और चांस मांग के अब तक की गयीं अपनी गलतियों को न दोहराओ.. पर अगले ही पल अलार्म बजने लगता है.. और फॉर्मल कपड़े पहनते पहनते शीशा देख कर तुम अपना गंभीर चेहरा देखते हो.. ```एक पल को अपने चेहरे की गंभीरता देख कर सोचते हो कि ये जिम्मेदारी वाला लुक अच्छा तो लगता है..``` फिर अगले ही पल आई-कार्ड गले में डाल कर निकल पड़ते हो.. ये सोच के कि *" _जो होगा वो देखा जाएगा_ "..* ये जो पहली नौकरी के अनुभव हैं.. यही अगली नौकरी की नींव बनेंगे.. *_क्यूंकि अक्सर पहली नौकरी लोग_* *_सिर्फ नौकरी करने के लिये नहीं किया करते..._*

Last year UR cutoff was 43.87...nd that too after Pnb increase 1000 vacancies at the last moment..so 3000 less people gave interview last time...but people this time are predicting cutoff to be less than last year...dont know why
Every candidate who is selected in mains has a chance of making it to the final list even if he cleared it on the margin. This year cut off for UR is 71.25 which means out of 80 he is scoring 25.33 and in the interview at max he'll score 90/100~ 18/20. Therefore at max cut off will be 43.33 and it won't go beyond that irrespective of the no of vacancies or EWS factor, though it can come down if vacancies are increased at last moment.
What are the final number of vacancies after increase/decrease ? Veterens, RTI guys, any idea?
Ibps po 2019 exam will be one of few exam whose ews final cutoff will be less than obc cutoff
Lemme share some previous year data with everyone to give a clarity on how cut off's are decided and how even if a person who scores just the cut off mark can also make it through. Last year mains cut off was 74.50~26.48/80 and the final cut off was 43.87 which means a candidate who secured just 74.50 needed to score only 17.38~86.90 to make it through but this was due to increase in vacancies, otherwise he would have required 90/100. Now let's talk about 2017-18, there again the mains cut off was 82~29.15 and the final cut off was 47.04, that means the person scoring 82 in mains needed 17.88~89.42 in the interview to make it through. Therefore if we talk about this year, UR cut off won't go past 43.33, let's hope some more banks come out with more vacancies and cut off goes below 43.33.
