Hey guys, do you know anyone who's a GM or CM in bank .if you do can you ask What does the panel or interviewer expect from a candidate ? I literally fricked up my interview, i thought i did good initially, but looking back i understand that their motive was to reject me from the start 😓. Can somebody ask or know how or what those panel members evaluate .

Mujse jyada unko mere knowledge pe bharosa tha 😂😂 They were like aapko sab aata he aap bataiye bachha... As being a commerce student, they grilled me but not in a bad way... Very supportive and awesome..

Intro then what is npa_told Parameters for npa_messed up What is conventional and renewable energy -told What is pca -told Parameters for pca -messed up Regulator of capital market,sebi chairman -told Regulator of insurance,chairman name -told What is debit and credit card -told Can credit card be used in atm -gave wrong answer What is kisan credit card -told Kcc sanction process-messed up That time i was asked to leave the room. When i told them thank you,the member said out Will they not give me pass marks? Or will I get atleast 60.😥

I kind of witnessed my botched interview today, the process; and the interviewers didn't give a rat's ass to that. They kept grilling me.. 😂 Not that I didn't know or expect this before but just felt like correcting or rather bursting this "nigga bubble" 😂
