If ibps releases all its vacancy(by going through no of people nearing retirement by 20-21) , then i think all people cleared main exam will get a job , if they get pass mark in interview which is 99% possible Thats why i think we need to force ibps and govt to fill up all bank vacancy post . Unite guys. We can do it . Which is hard but not impossible.
