It's evident that vacancies have increase bcoz people expecting a score of around 70 have cleared the mains..
I feel english is going to be gamechanger .Many understimated english but it was trickier than all the recent exams.So negative marking is also greater in english as many have attempted those questions which should not have been attempted not only that many are overestimating their english marks may be few will get those marks but not many for sure.English the suprise package

bhai provisional degree chalega kya ya original hi chahiye bolo koi......please
If little tough banking questions are asked...and I'm not able to answer it Will that impact my overall performance? Or it is the personality that matters??
What is the dress code for interview ?
According to delhi HC ...provisional degree is valid for 6 months or till the university provides the original one...so if one is passout of 2017 also nd university hasnt provided the oringinal degree...then provisional will sufice. P.S. Janhit mei jaari

So this will be the 4th interview for IBPS PO :: 2nd time i will be appearing for PO interview after becoming Clerk in Canara. 1st time after leaving SBI clerical Agra posting. Iske baad bank ka kuch preparation nahi karna hai, ho gaya, Mann bhar gaya ab. Jahan hain, thik hai, promotion milega, thik hi hoga aage bhi. Ye post specifically kuch hi logo ke liye hai, jo padhenge wo relate kar paayenge. Agar aap clerk hain to kuch Sawaal ke jawaab jarur prepare kar ke jaayega, koi puche ya na puche. 1. Agar clerk ho to kya dikkat hai, thik thak Bank mein ho, promotion le ke aage badho, PO kyu bana hai. Iska jawaab ache se , infact, bohot ache se prepare kijiyega. 2. Pichli Baar kyu nahi hua PO mein, kya kami tha aur is baar uske liye kya kiye. 3.Agar cashier ho to, fake notes ko RBI kab report karna hota h, ckyc ekyc kya hota h, current ac , cc loans ke liye kon kon se documents jaruri hai, agar either survivor wala ek joint account h, usne fd kiya hai, maturity se pehle koi ek banda fd todne aaya sirf apne sign se to todne dena chahiye ki nahi...ans is nahi..kyuki maturity hone k baad hi either survivor case laagu hota hai, kisi ek ke sign se Tod sakte hain. 4. Banks ke liye kya kya challenge hai abhi aur uske liye kya kar raha bank. NPA , priority sector lending, ache se samjh lijiyega...bht ache se. 5.Bank merger, acha hai ya bura hai...prepare it well. Jo log Jada hype banaye hain Interview ka, unke liye yahi bolna hai, ki interview ho jayga aur pata bhi nahi chalega,normal baat chit hota hai, north mein max hindi hi..koi dress code nh h..jo pehnoge sahi h..sweater, jacket, suit, sab thik hai, bas dikhna fresh fresh..mariyal jaisa nahi. Current affairs jarur dekh ke jana, Jaise cm kon h, governor kon h. Jo bank interview kara raha, uska elementary knowledge rakhna especially agar wo aapke preference mein hai. Graduation se puche na puche, prepare jarur karna, especially jo just graduated hain. Baaki best dijiye, acha hoga to andar se awaaj aayga,bura hoga to bhi wahin se awaaj aayga. Mains ka 80 hai aur interview ka 20...last phase h..best shot do aur bhul jao. 2016 interview score 63 tha, 2017 mein 75 2018 mein 61. Bas ek chij mat karna ki interview k baad yahn aa k mat puchna ki aise aise pucha gaya, aise aise maine jawaab diya, interview mein kitna expect karu...ye mat karna bas kyuki sirf tumhara dil jaanta hai kaisa hua hai.

Is there anyone who got selected as RRB PO and cleared IBPS PO MAINS at the same time? What to do if the joining of RRB PO is before the declaration of the final results of IBPS PO? Can we extend our joining to RRB PO by 1-2 months? Please help me out guys ..!!
How do ibps arrive at final scores..... If I get 82 in mains........what will be my score out of 80??should we multiply with 80/225 or 80/200???
