Increasing the marks of Difficult shifts is fine. But, at the same time reducing the marks of easy shifts is very bad. My total attempts - 64. Marks obtained - 76. Minimum 12 marks increased. - 19th, 2nd shift. My friend attempted 76 but could just clear the cut off. - 19th, 1st shift. Minimum 10 marks reduced. So, overall 20-25 marks are altered. How can IBPS justify altering 20-25 marks in a 100 marks exam.. Such kind of illogical/ vague normalisation will dishearten many genuine/ hardworking candidates. Completely following statistical tools while arriving at normalised score is not correct, some alternate methodology has to come up.

So guys you believed all youtubers and I said all of them are wrong cut of will be less than 62 and it came 59.75. Some people went to extent of challenge me for 1000 rupees bet if it is less than 62. Youtubers are not experienced pros but I am.
