I'am new to this platform. So the thing is ki mene 19th first shift mein 82 kiye aur accuracy acchee thi but I am out. SBI po mains mein 100.5 , RRB PO pre 65 , SBI Clerk pre 91.25 , LIC AAO 63 , SBI clerk mains 95.25 . But yha 82 mein kaise nhee huwa ? I am crying from past 2 days . Hamari kya galti thi agar shift easy thi to . Dusri shift mein jo deserving nhee thy unka bhi huwa...Mera ek frnd ka 54 pr huwa jabki uska Sbi clerk pre hee nhi nikla tha ? Is this fair. IBPS ko RTI nhee likh sakte. Jo unhone bol diya wo final koi transparency nhee hai, my uncle is Lawyer and we are planning to File a Case . So jisko jisko lagta hain uska result shocking hai , Please DM me . Whatsapp group hai already jisme 50 bacche hain. Agar hum 200-300 ho gaye to I assure you , we will get justice . Normalisation Sucks.

Last time me IBPS PO me bhi sabh ke saat aaise hua tha, tabh bada shaanti tha kyunki tabh marks badee the difficult shift waalonka..aur mera easy aaye tha tho normalised nahi hua tha aur me qualify nahi hua tha....iss time ultaa kiya hai, jinka easy shift aaya uska marks decrease kiya aur sabh ka same raka.. bass karoo bsdi###ooo...IBPS clerk par concentrate karooo
fir se bol rha hu ki ibps equipercentile method follow krta h ...apka competition apke shifts se h.....ha 19 me competition high tha lkin ibps ne rrb po apka bura na jaye isiliye esa kiya .... kuch ni hona..... usse acha dusre exam me lag jao

Illustration: 19th 1st shift: 80 attempts (easy shift) Other shifts: 80 attempts(moderate) Now consider both have same accuracy. Consider both made 8 questions wrong. Now, marks before normalisation will be 70 for both. Now in normalisation 19th 1st shift waalonka marks kamm hua 3-4 marks so his marks will be 66-67, and others shifts marks remains same.. if cut off is 69-70.. then how come 19th first shifts waala get selected?.. samjhooo ch##tiyoo
