see if you are stressed with your it job,then IT officer is there for you in these banks...pay would be rs 35000 as well as not too much of work after completion of training...and growth in this sector totally depends upon your exams within bank

HI All.....

I saw too many Doubts is going on......let me share my real experience...If you are Fresher with an Electronics/Electrical Branch then you need to opt for Technical officer and in that case your Professional knowledge question will be based upon your subjects.....Like For EC -----Diodes, network and all....and for Electrical---power system , electrical.....

Now if you are from IT\CS branch then you have to opt for IT scale 1 paper......Now the final thing is that...if you are working in IT industry(irrespective of any Branch) and opted for IT officer scale 2--- then in that case you will get IT questions only in Professional Knowledge paper...(irrespective what you entered for ue BTECH).....
I am also an EC student and working in IT and gave this paper last year....

yes Virat, I also registered. I called them ..they are saying they will issue the IDs and passwords from 15th feb..and u can take the tests after that

Am giving this exam for the first time but not able to find anything regarding vacancies.Do you have any idea about no of vacancies last year for scale 2 ITO? I have followed the discussion on this form, and i guess the number of vacancies were very very less. Please share if you have any idea. Thanks

Meri Quant bahut kharab hai(i mean sachi wali kharab hai..dhakkan hu at quants)..and this section has been my nemesis in all previous exams....what should be the course of action consedering there are 4 exams in next 2-3 months(SO,IB,SBI,CGL)...what books i need to follow for both conceptual understanding and then speed??...have sarvesh verma and have gone through NCERT books also..... :)

dekho jain jo exam tumne mention kiye hain i.e SO IB SBI CGL usmein se sabse pehla exam hai SO fir SSC CGL hen SBI PO , chalo CGL aur IB ko hata dete hain thodi der ke liye ab bachta hai SO aur SBI PO in dono exam mein quant section mein khas baat ye hai ki ye dono ka paper set IBPS hi karta hai isliye u can see same pattern type questions like completion of series , simplification & approximation same kind problems on time and work, problem on ages , probability & DI bus SBI aur SO mein diff itna hai ki SBI mein DI aur other prob pe difficulty level thoda sa badha dete hain ye cheez u can check after going through SBI Prev year paper , and kabhi kabhi to numerical value change kar dete hain sirf baaki poora question same hi hota hai

ok ab ate hain ki tum quant mein acchey nahi ho ek kaam karo SO k prev year paper plus SBI PO k prev year papers dono ko saath mein practice karo along with quicker maths by M tyra & k kundan ( wo wali book jo mene thode time pehle detail post ki thi ) search the thread backward . aaram se acchi ho jayegi quant
