check the online form from top to bottom...sometimes leaving a compulsory blank gives weird reasons for not submitting the form

i think you used some special characters.

enter your address without any symbol , just use the three rows given to you ... like if your address is 36/a.. just write 36 a

dont use special characters.....suppose you have home address as "V/A 17/2"..then write "VA 17 2"

I have B.Tech in I.T. and 1.5 yrs exp in Banking though as Asst Manager But I have worked in I.T. profile for half of my exp....

So Am I elligible for Scale 2...Kindly Confirm

And also...What does a Technical Officer suppose to do???
