Got joining date August 1st ,Oriental bank of commerce. Am currently working in an IT company,though I have put down my papers, notice period is of 3 months.Very difficult to get release in such short time frame. Can the bank push joining date. Please suggest.

As per the advertisement Age, Qualification has to be on 01.01.2013, then how come November 2012 attempt people claim to be a CA on 01.01.2013 when their result was declared around 18 or 19 January 2013.
So it means that they were ineligible to even appear for written test as they were not meeting eligibility criteria still they have been allocated banks, what is this, koi rules regulations naam ki cheez nahi hoti kya govt jobs ke liye. Are the authorities so careless that they are not even able to read the dates of passing the final examination.
